Vision

At Flowerdale Primary School, we believe that all students have the right to learn and feel safe in their learning environment. We know that all students have individual needs, and our goal is to work together in partnership to ensure our students experience success in their learning.

Values

The Flowerdale Primary School community has an agreed set of four school values. These are:

Respectful

We respect ourselves, our school community including our peers, school staff, visitors and families along with our learning environment and spaces around the school.

Learner

We know that every experience is one that we can learn from. We try our best and encourage others to do the same. Learning is powerful and what will guide us into becoming knowledgeable individuals in society.

Safe

We behave in a safe manner and make sure that we are making others in our school community feel safe and cared for.

Responsible

We take responsibility of our behaviour and learning. We are responsible for the choices we make and understand that any outcome is a direct result of our actions.
