Personal Learning

Students with risk of behaviour or disengagement require targeted interventions to support them to be successful at school. These students may require 1:1 intervention, individualised schedules, reward programs, and individualised approaches to their daily routine. At Flowerdale Primary School we ensure that students are provided plans to support their personal needs to meet success. These plans may include:

• Individual Education Plan

• Positive Behaviour Support Plan

• Safety Plan

• Risk Management Plan

• Health Management Plan

A student plan needs to be developed to ensure that any potential escalations are dealt with appropriately.
